Salary: $99,000–$138,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead data analytics, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning activities.
• Develop descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical products from structured and unstructured data.
• Analyze supply chain and logistics data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Build analytical models for inventory management, demand forecasting, transportation, resource planning, and operational optimization.
• Design and maintain dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, KPIs, and performance reports using Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.
• Provide technical leadership, quality oversight, mentoring, and actionable recommendations to Government stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• At least seven years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, statistical analysis, operations research, or a related analytical discipline.
• At least three years of analytics experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, transportation, or a related operational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, data mining, pattern identification, and predictive model validation.
• Practical knowledge of machine learning methods and techniques.
• Secret security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Military experience.
