What you will do

• Lead client data onboarding and implementation projects.
• Design, develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages and enterprise ETL workflows.
• Manage recurring and ad hoc data loads, including source-file validation, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Support master data integration, maintenance, production deployments, and operational data environments.
• Develop SQL reports, extracts, analytical datasets, and support Power BI and Tableau initiatives.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted automation for validation, monitoring, onboarding, reconciliation, and analytics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, including SQL Server 2019 or later, with advanced T-SQL skills.
• 5+ years of hands-on SSIS development and experience supporting enterprise ETL environments.
• Experience with stored procedures, views, functions, reconciliation, data analysis, data warehouses, and master data management.
• Power BI and Tableau experience, plus strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Healthcare data experience, including payer, claims, eligibility, provider, or membership data.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States for any employer and a required bachelor's or master's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSRS, SSAS, and the on-premises Microsoft Data Platform.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, ChatGPT/OpenAI, or related platforms.
