What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding documentation.
• Source candidates worldwide using LinkedIn, HH, X-Ray search, and other specialized platforms.
• Execute cold prospecting and manage warm candidate responses.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and organize interviews.
• Maintain candidate data and track progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and managing employee adaptation and development.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a similar recruiting position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sourcing within international markets.
• English: B2 or higher required.
• Must be based in LATAM.
