Location: LATAM; remote

What you will do

• Support the full recruitment cycle across international markets.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, HH, X-Ray search, and other platforms.
• Conduct cold prospecting, review resumes, and manage warm candidate responses.
• Organize candidate meetings and interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain the candidate database and update records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Prepare job descriptions, offers, and candidate documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience sourcing candidates in international markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Completed HR or recruiting courses.
• Interest in supporting employee adaptation, development, training, and assessment.
