What you will do

• Support the full recruitment cycle for international markets.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, HeadHunter, X-Ray search, and other platforms.
• Conduct cold prospecting, review resumes, and screen initial candidates.
• Organize candidate meetings and interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain the candidate database and update information in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Prepare job descriptions, offers, documentation, and support employee adaptation, development, training, and assessment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience sourcing candidates in international markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and adaptability.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Completed HR or recruiting courses.
