What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements and maintain candidate databases.
• Track recruitment metrics and utilize an ATS to streamline hiring processes.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Scout talent on platforms such as LinkedIn, UpWork, and Behance.

Requirements

• Language: English proficiency is required.
• Ability to represent the company professionally to prospective hires.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.
• Location: Must be based in Serbia.
