Talent Recruiter (A/B Testing)

Location: Remote Serbia (Belgrade); permanently remote. Full-time work requires an 8-hour day within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours, with flexible start and end times and the option to split hours into multiple blocks.

Compensation: $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and publish job advertisements while communicating opportunities professionally to prospective hires.
• Maintain candidate databases, interview notes, assessments, and recruitment metrics for multiple roles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and collaborate with HR and hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Use an ATS to streamline recruitment processes and monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals with demonstrated interest in HR are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, including the ability to manage candidates across multiple roles.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.
• English is required.
• Type “purple” in the “References” field of the application form.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
