Talent Recruiter

Location: Remote Serbia (Belgrade); permanently remote. 8-hour workday within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours, with flexible start and end times.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms such as Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and publish job advertisements with guidance from HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment metrics, interview notes, and application records in an ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment trends and collaborate with HR and hiring managers on staffing needs.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment pipelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Enthusiasm for learning about people, roles, and recruitment processes.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
