Specialist, Building Controls - Building Management System (HVAC)

Location: Onsite at the Central Utility Plant - South AR Bentonville Home Office, 1100 Integrity Dr, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $19.00–$35.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Assess building performance and controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Use diagnostic techniques and programming methods to improve building control systems.
• Manage programming projects addressing trends, alarms, recalls, and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze building data and implement proactive solutions for HVAC and building management systems.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to managers, coworkers, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on best practices and implement solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with building controls, HVAC systems, and building management systems.
• Strong programming and diagnostic skills, including the ability to implement energy-efficiency solutions.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and respond to alarms, recalls, and maintenance needs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical writing.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, integrity, and professionalism.
