Salary: $32.73–$38.50 per hour (approximately $5,236–$6,160 per month based on 160 hours)

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, inspect, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Service chillers, DX units, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV systems, compressors, and water systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, energy management, equipment adjustments, and general property repairs.
• Inspect emergency exits, fire and life-safety systems, generators, pumps, electrical rooms, and other critical equipment.
• Respond to equipment failures, fires, evacuations, customer concerns, and other emergency situations.
• Document maintenance activities and follow applicable safety codes, company standards, and building protocols.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience operating and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship completion is preferred.
• Valid Universal EPA refrigerant handling license.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, water systems, and energy management systems.
• Ability to work shifts, on call, extended hours, and independently during certain assignments; able to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license or applicable city trade licenses.
• Refrigeration Certificate of Fitness, High Pressure Boiler License, or High Pressure Steam Operator qualification.
• Basic proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
