Location: Onsite at 1300 Highway 15 S, Hutchinson, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $33.00–$63.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Maintain, repair, install, and upgrade low-voltage systems.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify required enhancements or upgrades.
• Ensure installations and repairs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
• Document installations, maintenance activities, and repairs accurately.
• Communicate with customers and clients to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and project managers to complete projects successfully.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current jurisdiction-required certification and license for the state or jurisdiction of work.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle and commercial driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain medical certification valid for at least one year.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• At least one year of experience in plumbing, electrical work, material handling equipment, or a related technical trade, or two years of hirify.global store experience.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams; using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment; and applying local electrical codes and standards.

Nice to have

• Technical training or certification in low-voltage systems.
• CompTIA networking certification, such as Network+.
• Manufacturer-specific certifications for Honeywell, Axis, or Bosch systems.
• NICET Level 1 or 2 Fire Alarm Certification.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour safety certification.
