What you will do

• Own the sponsorship activation strategy and integrated plan to drive brand impact and pipeline influence.
• Manage the day-to-day partnership with Crystal Palace FC, including planning, execution, and relationship management.
• Design and deliver experiential activations such as matchday moments and community programs.
• Lead field marketing and hospitality planning, including executive and customer hosting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure activations are fully integrated with content, PR, and sales efforts.
• Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure high-quality execution and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Proven experience in field and sponsorship marketing, ideally within sports.
• Experience delivering experiential marketing programs and high-touch hospitality.
• Strong partner marketing experience, including executing joint campaigns and co-marketing deliverables.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and vendor management skills.
• Strong measurement mindset with the ability to define KPIs and report on outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech or SaaS, particularly developer-facing products.
• Experience working with Premier League clubs or comparable sponsorship properties.
• Familiarity with B2B buying committees and account-based marketing.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales on field activations.
