Salary: $130,000–$155,000 (NY/CA base, Manager/Senior levels)

What you will do
- Develop and scale live events strategy end-to-end, owning 20+ events annually including trade shows, conferences, dinners, happy hours, and workshops
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing to evaluate sponsorships and determine global participation
- Manage event calendar, logistics, vendors, swag production, shipping, and on-site execution
- Create pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize conversions and sales follow-up
- Build repeatable frameworks, reporting, and new formats to enhance acquisition and engagement
- Travel ~20% for events, primarily domestic with some international
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing, 4+ years in event/field marketing
- Proven track record planning/executing trade shows and field events with positive ROI
- Experience with global teams and adapting to regional needs
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter in ambiguity
- Data-driven with analytical ability to measure and advocate for events
- Resourceful in maximizing budgets and moving quickly
