Head of Field Marketing and Events (AI Infrastructure)

Location: London, hybrid; conditions also mention Greater London, Surrey, Germany, and Europe.

Salary: £90,000–£130,000 per year; the role is also described as paying up to £130,000.

What you will do

• Build and evolve the global events strategy across a portfolio of around 35 events.
• Plan and deliver major international conferences and trade shows, including GTC, GITEX, and AI Summit.
• Create executive dinners, briefings, private roundtables, webinars, and owned experiences.
• Develop standout experiential concepts and oversee on-site delivery.
• Work with Sales on account targeting, meeting generation, pipeline, and revenue attribution.
• Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and event execution.

Requirements

• Strong B2B events and experiential marketing experience.
• Experience in enterprise technology, AI, cloud, or infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience operating at Senior Manager or Head level while remaining hands-on.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in London.
