Finance Intern (SaaS)

hirify.global is a Series-C SaaS company developing data observability solutions for enterprise data systems, data pipelines, and data infrastructure.

What you will do

• Assist with bookkeeping, general ledger entries, vendor invoice processing, and payment-related activities.
• Support TDS computation, deductions, deposits, and quarterly return filing.
• Assist with GST compliance, including ITC reconciliation and GSTR-1/3B workings.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, management dashboards, Excel trackers, schedules, and variance analyses.
• Support month-end closing through accruals, prepaid schedules, and reconciliations.
• Contribute to statutory and internal audits, cost analysis, budget tracking, and other finance projects.

Requirements

• CA semi-qualified: cleared IPCC/Intermediate and pursuing CA Final.
• Completed articleship at a CA firm with more than three partners.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and formulas.
• Good understanding of TDS and GST.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
• Exposure to a SaaS, technology, or startup environment.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of financial statement preparation.
