What you will do
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and MIS.
- Support accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze financial and operational metrics, business performance, cost structures, variances, and scenarios.
- Ensure compliance and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business finance.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, general ledger, financial reporting, and business finance principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as SAP, Tally, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
