What you will do

• Prepare and maintain MIS trackers covering dealers, incentives, discounts, collections, outstanding balances, margins, and other financial parameters.
• Validate sales, discounts, incentives, schemes, and related commercial transactions.
• Verify incentive calculations and ensure payouts follow approved policies, targets, limits, and authorizations.
• Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, errors, and financial leakages, coordinating corrections with Sales and Accounts teams.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to management and maintain supporting records for MIS and control checks.
• Process incentive-related credit and debit notes and support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Finance MIS, Commercial Finance, or Management Reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, and reporting.
• Good understanding of sales data, discounts, incentives, schemes, and financial transactions.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and recurring MIS and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, the Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
