FSSC Account Receivable Senior Associate

Location: Bangalore Office, Hebbal, Karle Tech Park; work from office. Work timings are 8:00–22:00, with any 9-hour shift.

Global travel retail and food and beverage company operating across airports, motorways, cruise ships, ports, railways, and other travel channels.

What you will do

• Lead the creation of timely, complete, and legally compliant billing for third-party customers.
• Support ad hoc billing and collections requests.
• Assist senior billing and collections specialists with month-end activities.
• Send invoices to third-party and intercompany customers by email.
• Manage IT and master data tickets related to billing and collections.
• Update customer name and address master data when requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, or CA Inter qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in an international environment.
• Structured thinking, administrative skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of another European language.
