FP&A; Analyst (Mobile Games): Building and managing long-term financial plans, budgets, forecasts, revenue models, and cash flow projections for mobile games and company departments with an accent on scenario analysis, KPI measurement, and management reporting. Focus on analyzing business drivers, designing financial dashboards and cross-company processes, and delivering cost reduction recommendations.

A rapidly expanding mobile games company creating casual games for a global audience, including Dice Dreams and Domino Dreams.
What you will do
- Build and manage long-term financial plans, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and ongoing results monitoring for games and cross-company departments.
- Develop and maintain revenue models and scenario analyses to assess the impact of business drivers on gross and net revenue.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze cash inflows and outflows.
- Provide senior managers with financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, recommendations, and KPI reporting.
- Implement data analysis processes and dashboards, including the monthly management reporting package.
- Design cross-company processes and perform cost reduction and costing analyses.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within a global company.
- B.Sc. in Accounting or Economics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, quantitative, strategic thinking, data collection, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles, with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Experience with Claude or other AI tools.
