Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home

What you will do

• Partner with the Regional Head of FP&A and Group CFO on forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and business reviews.
• Build and maintain management accounts, dashboards, financial models, and running P&L reporting.
• Prepare Board and investor materials with financial tables, commentary, and key insights.
• Support and challenge country finance teams across multiple markets to align plans and forecasts with Group priorities.
• Develop scenario analyses and business cases for strategic decisions and new initiatives.
• Own the FP&A timetable and identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong financial modelling, scenario planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to extract insights from large and complex data sets.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, NetSuite, DataRails, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, high attention to detail, and strong ownership.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
