What you will do

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles.
• Develop and maintain financial models for expense planning and sales capacity/headcount.
• Analyze revenue and expense trends, providing actionable variance analysis between actuals and forecasts.
• Partner with Sales Leadership on bookings and revenue planning, incorporating pipeline data and historical trends.
• Support the design, formatting, and documentation of sales compensation plan frameworks.
• Collaborate with Accounting and RevOps to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and financial tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite (highly preferred).
• Strong financial acumen and experience partnering with stakeholders across different regions.
