FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles.
• Develop and maintain financial models for expense planning, sales capacity, headcount, hiring plans, coverage analysis, and productivity assumptions.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, customer metrics, operational drivers, and variances between actual results and budgets or forecasts.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps on bookings, revenue forecasting, sales performance tracking, scenario modeling, and go-to-market analysis.
• Support the monthly close process with Accounting and improve reporting accuracy, forecasting tools, automation, and financial processes.
• Support sales compensation plan design and documentation with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other financial or revenue reporting tools.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across regions and support cross-border teams.
