FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week

What you will do

• Own Workday Adaptive Planning, including model structure, data loaders, dimensions, and user access.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, sales incentive planning, and COW models across the FP&A cycle.
• Validate data across R2R and FP&A processes and support month-end and quarter-end close.
• Maintain data flows between source systems, Workday Financials, and planning and BI tools.
• Build and maintain Power BI financial dashboards for Corporate Services AI and Innovation.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives, pilot planning tools, and deliver system enhancements for new entity rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or finance/accounting with strong systems involvement.
• Deep knowledge of R2R and FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and period close.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning; Anaplan or Planful experience is an equivalent option.
• Experience driving finance automation or process improvement and using AI tools for planning automation.
• Power BI, SQL for data validation, advanced Excel, and accounting knowledge covering GL and consolidation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
