TL;DR

Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Leading global budgeting, costing, forecasting, and strategic analytical processes to support executive decision-making. Focus on driving financial performance, optimizing CAPEX management, and implementing advanced FP&A technology roadmaps including AI-enabled automation.

Location: Must be based in Airport City, Israel

What you will do

  • Partner with commercial and operations leaders to translate strategy into financial plans and performance priorities.
  • Lead annual work plans, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning processes across the global organization.
  • Own CAPEX performance management and ensure alignment between operational plans and financial results.
  • Prepare high-quality insights and materials for executive leadership and strategic decision forums.
  • Drive the development of FP&A tools, data models, and digital capabilities, including AI-enabled automation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global FP&A team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Airport City, Israel.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew at a mother tongue level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative field.
  • 15+ years of experience as a Finance leader in a large industrial organization with complex costing.
  • 7+ years of experience leading a team of analysts.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives in a public, multinational, or matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP, BI tools, and large ERP systems.

Nice to have

  • CPA or MBA qualification.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI-enabled automation in finance.
