What you will do
- Lead global budgeting, costing, forecasting, annual work plan, and long-range planning processes.
- Partner with commercial, operations, and finance leaders to translate strategy into financial plans, risks, opportunities, and performance priorities.
- Support executive decisions through trend analysis, scenario planning, financial modeling, KPI development, and multi-year outlooks.
- Own CAPEX performance management across work plan, latest estimate, and five-year planning cycles.
- Prepare financial reviews and strategic materials, presenting complex financial topics to senior stakeholders.
- Establish FP&A governance and lead improvements to planning tools, data models, automation, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled finance capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or another relevant quantitative field.
- 15+ years of experience as a finance leader in a large industrial organization with complex costing, including at least 7 years leading analyst teams.
- Experience leading global annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles and supporting senior executives or C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience in a public, multinational, or matrix organization with strong managerial and leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with BI and planning tools, large ERP systems, consolidation systems, IT systems, and excellent MS Office proficiency; SAP experience is preferred.
- Mother-tongue-level fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI or agent-enabled automation in finance.
- CPA or MBA.
