IT FP&A Analyst (AI): Owning the full FP&A planning cycle and Workday Adaptive Planning systems for Finance IT in a hybrid role based in Raanana, Israel, with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, data validation, and financial dashboards. Focus on leading AI and automation initiatives, improving forecast accuracy, maintaining finance data flows, and delivering end-to-end system enhancements.
Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid model with 2 office days and 3 remote days per week

What you will do
- Own Workday Adaptive Planning, including model structure, data loaders, dimensions, and user access.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, sales incentive planning, and COW models.
- Validate data across R2R and FP&A processes and support month-end and quarter-end close.
- Maintain data flows between source systems, Workday Financials, and planning and BI tools.
- Build and maintain Power BI financial dashboards for Corporate Services AI & Innovation.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives within FP&A systems, pilot tools, improve forecasting, accelerate reporting, and deliver system enhancements and entity rollouts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or finance/accounting with strong systems involvement.
- Strong knowledge of R2R and FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and period close.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning; Anaplan or Planful experience is an equivalent option.
- Demonstrated experience in finance automation or process improvement.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL for data validation, advanced Excel, and accounting concepts including GL and consolidation.
- Required: experience with AI tools for planning automation and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
