Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Providence, Rhode Island, US; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office

Salary: $110,000–$115,000 starting compensation range, plus potential discretionary bonus and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Support annual U.S. GAAP Form 20-F and quarterly 6-K financial reporting submitted to the SEC.
• Prepare IFRS U.K. consolidated and stand-alone parent reports, debt offering memorandums, and shareholder reporting packages.
• Own selected financial statement footnotes and support the monthly close calendar and reporting deadlines.
• Prepare materials for Investor Relations and the CFO covering earnings releases, analyst meetings, and conference calls.
• Coordinate annual audits, quarterly reviews, and other internal and external audit activities.
• Administer Workiva and manage stock compensation accounting, including monthly expense and vesting entries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience; public accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting standards.
• Experience in a multinational publicly traded business and exposure to foreign currency transactions.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; the role requires hybrid work in Providence with two in-office days per week.

Nice to have

• Active CPA license, with Big Four public accounting experience.
• SAP/Central Finance, another large ERP, and Workiva experience.
