Country Security Manager to Saab

Location: Stockholm, Göteborg, Karlskoga or Lund, Sweden; frequent attendance at meetings in Stockholm and other Swedish locations is required, sometimes on short notice.

What you will do

• Manage information, personnel, and physical security across a high-risk country environment.
• Lead and coordinate hirify.global security for regional travel.
• Conduct risk management activities, including risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Manage security incidents and crises.
• Support compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Teach, train, present, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working in or with high-risk environments.
• Experience developing risk-mitigation actions and protocols.
• Experience producing SOPs or other steering documents.
• Willingness and ability to travel to high-risk environments and within Sweden, sometimes on short notice.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
