Site Security Manager (Security Printing)

Location: On-site in Crowther, Washington, UK, with regular travel to Leicester and limited travel to group sites

What you will do

• Lead the site security program and maintain the Security Printing Management System in alignment with ISO 14298:2021.
• Own security documentation, risk assessments, controls, KPIs, management reviews, and certification evidence.
• Manage physical security measures including access controls, visitor processes, CCTV, intrusion detection, and key systems.
• Oversee personnel vetting, confidentiality, secure material handling, supplier security, and validated production processes.
• Coordinate with IT and Information Security to protect design files, data, encryption keys, backups, and controlled transfers.
• Lead internal and external audits, incident investigations, training, corrective and preventive actions, and business continuity security activities.

Requirements

• Significant security management experience in security printing, identity documents, banknotes, product authentication, or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Experience implementing and maintaining management systems such as ISO 14298, ISO 27001, or ISO 9001 and leading audits or certifications.
• Ability to design and operate end-to-end controls for secure materials, sensitive data, and production processes.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, information security, supply-chain security, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and data-driven skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and security or incident management systems.

Nice to have

• ISO management systems certification or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.
• ASIS CPP or PSP certification.
