Middle East Security Operations & Joint Venture Manager

Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; onsite full-time role

What you will do

• Act as the operational security interface for Joint Venture partners across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security and incident response processes.
• Oversee the Monitoring & Response Centre, incident reporting, escalation, and crisis response.
• Manage badge management, access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, communications dispatch, and on-site security coordination.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Engineering, Projects, Legal, Safety, HR, government authorities, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Oversee third-party security provider performance, KPIs, attendance, timesheets, and service-level compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in security operations, security management, risk, or crisis response.
• Fluent English required for reports, leadership briefings, and incident communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, risk management, business continuity, project management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading incident management or incident command, supervising teams or service providers, and managing performance.
• Practical knowledge of contract security guard management, incident reporting and response, and workplace and site security controls.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively in multicultural, matrixed environments; working proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Joint Venture partners, government entities, or multi-stakeholder operating models.
• Experience in security process improvement, assurance, operational standardisation, or regulatory inspections.
• Exposure to project or construction-phase security and asset transfer environments.
