Operations & Supply Chain Associate

Location: Remote; working schedule in UAE time

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for the lighting solutions department, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to support timely delivery of products and services.
• Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping customer orders.
• Communicate with customers, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide administrative and operational support for lighting sales activities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn and receive training.
• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, another technical field, or a related discipline is a plus.
