What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with the Operations Manager and monitor performance against defined KPIs.
- Prepare inventory reports, support demand planning and forecasting, and maintain accurate ERP and CRM transactions.
- Coordinate warehouse, retail-location, procurement, and inventory activities, including cycle counts and physical-to-system reconciliations.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, approved supplier records, supplier relationships, and procurement-related cash-flow planning.
- Coordinate product imports and exports into and from Madagascar with clearing agents, while managing 3PL relationships and logistics movements.
- Identify process improvements, resolve operational issues and stock variances, and contribute to cross-functional efficiency and customer-experience initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain management and operations.
- Strong data-management and reporting skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced Excel formulas, and large datasets.
- Practical experience with ERP and other business systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Madagascar and regional legislation, import/export processes, transport routes, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and last-mile operations.
- Fluency in English is required. Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills are also required.
