Logistics & Manufacturing Analyst

Location: Must be based in Orange County and onsite in Irvine and Santa Ana 2–3 days a week.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily outbound shipping, fulfillment, pallet planning, freight bookings, pickup tracking, returns, and equipment recovery.
• Maintain accurate on-hand, allocated, shipped, and in-transit inventory across the 3PL and contract manufacturer.
• Track serialized hardware through build, staging, packing, and shipment, and coordinate physical inventory counts.
• Coordinate material transfers and inbound receipts between the Irvine 3PL and Santa Ana contract manufacturer.
• Build and dispatch installation kits against site plans, escalating SKU and component mismatches before shipment.
• Review carrier invoices, support claims, identify freight savings, and provide weekly shipping, inventory, and manufacturing reports.
• Run and monitor the product test line, execute standard test procedures, troubleshoot first-line issues, and support operator training.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain; internships and warehouse experience count.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups and pivot tables, with the ability to reconcile mismatched records.
• Comfort working on a warehouse floor and in a factory environment rather than in a desk-only role.
• Based in Orange County and able to work onsite in Irvine and Santa Ana 2–3 days per week.
• Clear written communication, strong attention to detail, ownership of missing components, and basic comfort with electronics, computers, or test software.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation between sites, and ability to lift and move boxes and components up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with ShipStation, a WMS, ERP or inventory system, a 3PL, or a contract manufacturer.
• Familiarity with LTL and freight brokerage, BOLs, pallet planning, BOMs, part numbers, or carrier claims.
• Industrial engineering, manufacturing, or product testing experience.
• Conversational Spanish or Vietnamese.
• Interest in baseball, softball, or sports.
