Supply Chain Specialist, Wholesale (In-Store Operations)

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Plan and execute in-store operations for seasonal and mainstay greeting card programs.
• Coordinate third-party merchandisers responsible for store maintenance, signage installation, replenishment triage, new store launches, remodels, and closures.
• Support the launch and execution of new wholesale programs, ensuring in-store accountability.
• Summarize weekly operational metrics and present actionable performance insights to internal stakeholders.
• Develop scalable, accurate, and refreshable reporting for wholesale greeting card supply chain performance.
• Collaborate on store-level inventory allocations, maintain store and fixture records, and support wholesale cost negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or supply chain; academic experience is considered.
• Experience with demand planning and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and turn analysis into actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
