Head of Supply Chain CZ

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home

What you will do

• Own supply chain performance across all fulfillment centers and product categories in the Czech market.
• Lead daily operations, morning calls, performance reviews, and KPIs including availability, stock health, shrink, and OTIF.
• Manage and develop a hands-on team of eight people.
• Build reporting, analyze raw data, and use insights to make faster operational decisions.
• Drive efficiency improvements and use AI and modern tools to automate ordering exceptions and manual work.
• Work closely with C-level leadership, Tech, Category, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in supply chain, retail, logistics, or operations.
• Knowledge of ordering, inventory management, and operational KPIs.
• Hands-on, ownership-driven approach with the ability to lead a team and improve processes directly.
• Strong data skills and confidence building reports and analyzing performance metrics.
• Interest in AI, technology, and practical automation of manual work.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak and advanced English at minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.

• Understanding of fresh, chilled, or dry supply chains.
