Supply Chain Associate - Full-Time (Hybrid)

hirify.global operates a European micromobility service built around shared scooters and e-bikes, supporting more sustainable urban transport.

What you will do

• Plan, book and track transport of scooters, e-bikes, batteries, spare parts and parcels across markets.
• Record goods movements accurately and maintain timely visibility in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, customs agents, warehouses and authorities.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including Dangerous Goods Declarations, commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Manage weekly spare parts orders, support forecasting and coordinate allocation across markets.
• Support central warehouse operations, invoice control, cost follow-up and relocation planning between markets.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain or operational support is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of shipments, operational tasks and stakeholder interactions.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Ability to use approved AI tools for writing, summarising and research while validating outputs and following company guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience with road, sea and air freight.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP systems.
• Additional language skills.
