Information Systems Technician I

Location: Onsite in Lincoln, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide desktop and smartphone support, resolving hardware and software issues and repairing printers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe products, Teams, Zoom, and Brightstar-specific applications.
• Perform system backups, routine device maintenance, imaging, erasure, and technology asset management in EasyVista.
• Support projectors, conference room equipment, facilities systems, safety inspections, and business continuity planning.
• Work with enterprise networking teams on service outages and assist retailers with complex issues in coordination with Field Service Managers.
• Coordinate non-backgrounded contractors onsite and maintain accurate check-out and work documentation.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Ability to support hardware, desktop software, business applications, networking issues, and operational technology.
