What you will do

• Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software.
• Respond to service requests and incidents professionally while meeting designated SLAs.
• Prepare, provision, and deploy new computer systems.
• Manage and maintain a detailed inventory of IT assets and accessories.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, drivers, and desktop applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or high school diploma/equivalent).
• 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common tools like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Must be based in Garden Grove, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting employees in an office environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management methodologies.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).
