Demand Planner

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional S&OP preparation and facilitate monthly discussions with sales, marketing, supply chain, GTM, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop demand forecasts, scenarios, and inventory strategies across multiple product lines, channels, and geographic markets.
• Plan forecasts for promotions, new country and retailer launches, new products, and lifecycle phase-in/phase-out strategies.
• Monitor Sell In and Sell Thru forecasts, channel inventory, supply allocations, and supply-demand risks.
• Build and refine channel-level reporting tools, including Tableau and Google Sheets, and maintain demand planning KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, allocation processes, and demand planning inputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demand or merchandise planning experience in hardware and/or retail.
• Experience with demand planning tools such as Anaplan and knowledge of Integrated Business Planning and S&OP governance.
• Fluency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and business acumen, including the ability to explain complex situations clearly.
• Experience advising cross-functional business partners and senior leadership across multiple functions.
• Ability to analyze demand trends, understand the broader business context, and develop actionable insights.
