Demand Planning Manager (All Genders)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid schedule with 60% in the office and 40% at home

Salary: 112,500–168,700 PLN

What you will do

• Own and refine six-month rolling inventory forecasts by country, brand, and category.
• Track forecast accuracy and use promotions, historical trends, stock levels, and other forecasts to improve planning.
• Trigger replenishment orders based on forecasts and target stock levels.
• Define and maintain reorder points, safety stock levels, and minimum/maximum thresholds.
• Represent demand planning in S&OP meetings and communicate supply constraints and campaign feasibility.
• Run what-if scenarios for demand surges, supply delays, and promotional changes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management; e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Understanding of inventory KPIs and replenishment models.
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate with commercial and operational teams.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills.
• First formal experience with SQL and Python.
• Working language: English

• Understanding of regression techniques.
