Production Planning & Control Manager (Manufacturing/SAP): Leading end-to-end production planning and control for a complex manufacturing facility with an accent on load and capacity planning, ERP integrity, materials alignment, and on-time delivery. Focus on managing production flow across the value stream, resolving capacity and material constraints, and developing a Planning & Control team within S&OP frameworks.

What you will do
- Own facility-level production planning across work centres, parts, subcontract operations, delivery forecasting, and inventory.
- Lead load and capacity planning to create achievable and committed production plans.
- Own SAP and ERP compliance, including master data accuracy and schedule integrity.
- Control production flow across materials, subcontractors, operations, and customer commitments.
- Forecast material availability, coordinate plans across Purchasing, Logistics, Operations, and external partners, and resolve delivery risks.
- Lead a Planning & Control team of approximately 4–5 people, including capability development, training, succession planning, and performance discussions.
Requirements
- Extensive Production Planning & Control experience in manufacturing, build, or complex operational environments.
- Expert knowledge of SAP and ERP systems with strong governance and compliance capability.
- Experience managing Planning & Control teams in large, complex facilities.
- Strong knowledge of load and capacity planning, inventory management, facility planning, and production flow.
- Experience with S&OP, business planning, and budget management frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Qualification in Planning, Operations Management, or Supply Chain, such as IOM, APICS, or BPICS.
- Knowledge of MES systems, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel or VBA.
