What you will do

• Design and operate a global supply chain supporting delivery of complex quantum hardware.
• Own critical supplier relationships and negotiations for strategic components.
• Build and manage procurement processes including approvals and vendor onboarding.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks impacting engineering and delivery.
• Implement and operate procurement and supply chain tools and systems.
• Oversee international logistics, including shipments, documentation, and customs compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and legal teams.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations in hardware, deep tech, aerospace, or similar sectors.
• Proven experience designing and operating global supply chains.
• Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with procurement processes and approval frameworks.
• Familiarity with international shipping, customs, duties, and trade compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or government-adjacent environments.
• Exposure to software SCM and open source license risk management.
• Experience with export control or ITAR constraints.
• Experience selecting and implementing procurement or supply chain systems.
