Contents Claims Coordinator (Property Insurance)

Enservio, part of hirify.global, provides property insurance services for quantifying and valuing contents inside policyholders' homes and producing accurate settlement reports.

What you will do

• Triage and handle complex contents claim assignments to set claims up for successful resolution.
• Own files from triage through contents valuation, determining the appropriate level of effort and collaboration.
• Manage the tasks required to move claims to contents valuation while meeting service-level requirements.
• Collaborate with business units, valuation and inventory services queues, and adjuster owners.
• Support primarily commercial claims while also handling personal lines claims and assigned special projects.
• Provide professional customer service through live chat, hotline, and internal and external communication.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience resolving claims within defined service-level agreements.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, listening, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work independently, maintain attention to detail, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and ability to learn new applications and tools quickly.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late hours, based on business needs. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent experience is considered.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or knowledge in property and casualty claims.
