Claims Specialist (Auto Insurance)

Location: Richardson, TX; complete in-office training, then work 80% on-site and 20% off-site. Office: 2280 N. Greenville Ave., Richardson, TX 75082.

Salary: $57,004–$70,001 annually ($28.29–$34.74 per hour), plus evening and weekend differentials. Licensed candidates may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Manage incoming customer calls and provide empathetic guidance on coverage and claim procedures.
• Collect accident facts, investigate claim details, and obtain statements from involved parties.
• Guide policyholders through the process of getting their vehicles back on the road safely.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive claims experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, multitask across platforms, and remain detail-oriented.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Three or more years of customer-facing claims experience, high-volume call center experience with KPIs, and an active adjuster license are preferred.
