Senior Payroll Specialist with German

What you will do

• Manage and execute accurate end-to-end payroll processes on time.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, social security, and labour regulations.
• Advise clients and stakeholders on complex payroll-related questions.
• Analyse, optimise, and improve payroll processes and systems.
• Support implementations, customer projects, and special initiatives.
• Provide functional guidance and share payroll knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in payroll administration and processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with at least two payroll systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive approach.
• Fluent German required. English is an advantage.
