Analyst Local HR Services (German)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Bydgoszcz, Katowice, Warszawa, Wrocław, Opole, Gdańsk, Lublin, Poznań, or Kraków, Poland. The hybrid model applies after onboarding and includes office and home working.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily HR Operations activities across assigned process areas.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals while monitoring workload and performance.
• Ensure HR service delivery meets SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Handle escalated employee lifecycle and HR administration cases, including onboarding, offboarding, absences, compensation, and benefits.
• Conduct quality reviews, audits, and root cause analyses to resolve operational issues.
• Drive process improvements, maintain documentation, support recruitment and workforce planning, and prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Workforce Administration.
• Previous experience in team leadership, people management, or operational supervision.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or ServiceNow.
• Fluent English at B2 level and German at C1 level required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, advanced MS Excel and reporting skills, and strong stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
