Polish Payroll Specialist (Polish Payroll)

What you will do

• Process and validate accurate monthly payroll results for global customers.
• Research payroll discrepancies and documentation issues before processing.
• Calculate statutory and occupational sickness, maternity, and paternity payments.
• Cooperate with the Social Security Institution and Tax Office.
• Maintain Płatnik, ZUS PUE, and e-PFRON submissions and prepare Statistical Office reports.
• Handle customer payroll queries and support annual PIT and insurance declarations.

Requirements

• Good experience and knowledge of Polish payroll processing.
• Experience with Polish payroll software such as Symfonia or enova365.
• Intermediate or business-level English.
• Good knowledge of current Polish legislation and statutory requirements.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
