HR Process Specialist (with German)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Wrocław, Opole, Katowice, Lublin, Poznań, or Kraków; office attendance applies after onboarding

What you will do

• Deliver HR transactional support across onboarding, mobility, compensation, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Respond to client queries and escalations through phone, chat, email, and case management systems.
• Process and maintain accurate HR data in line with policies and service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate issues while maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Maintain process documentation, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in workforce administration or employee data management.
• Advanced German at C1 level and English at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and proven project management skills in a corporate environment.
• Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, organisation, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
