EMEA Benefits Specialist

Location: Remote (Poland)

Salary: 113,224 – 169,846 PLN Annual

What you will do

• Manage and administer all EMEA Benefit programs in partnership with brokers and vendors.
• Oversee the complete leave process in EMEA countries, ensuring alignment with local government regulations.
• Handle EMEA invoicing, track benefit-related costs, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Develop and deploy benefits communications and maintain resources via SharePoint for employee self-service.
• Lead annual enrollment processes, including cost analysis and system configurations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Legal to address benefit initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of applied experience in benefits administration.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Proficiency in analytical skills and basic Excel (formulas, pivots, charts).
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
