Warehouse and Oveland Executive (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, maintain transaction documentation, and support cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Plan local and cross-border overland shipments and arrange transport bookings with approved carriers.
• Track delivery schedules, provide shipment updates, and coordinate customs and transport documentation.
• Respond to shipment and inventory inquiries from customers and stakeholders.
• Support operational efficiency, cost control, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating warehouse and overland transport operations.
• Ability to manage shipment documentation, inventory records, delivery schedules, and carrier coordination.
• Ability to communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to address delivery delays and operational issues promptly.
• Knowledge of transport regulations, company procedures, and warehouse safety standards.
