Warehouse Lead Agent (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Ellenwood, Georgia, United States; Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00

What you will do

• Support warehouse supervisors in maintaining a safe, secure, clean, and compliant facility.
• Coordinate loading and unloading, receiving, labeling, weighing, dimensioning, and put-away of cargo.
• Monitor warehouse workflow dashboards, operational standards, KPIs, and end-of-shift reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely system data entry and keep dock-door and staffing information current.
• Lead shift huddles, support cross-training, coach warehouse agents, and act as an escalation point when supervisors are unavailable.
• Resolve inventory, damage, process, and customer exceptions while supporting continuous improvement and cost control.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of warehouse operations experience with demonstrated leadership potential.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules, state and local laws, company safety standards, and compliance requirements including ITAR, dangerous goods, wood pallets, TSA, and CFS.
• Strong decision-making, communication, customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, shift priorities, handle stress, and lift at least 25 pounds while bending and twisting.
• Ability to complete required training and certifications, including GDP, health and safety, dangerous goods, IATA/FIATA, and Level 1 certification.
