Logistics Coordinator (Supply Chain/Logistics)

What you will do

• Receive, book, and schedule transportation orders to support timely and accurate freight movement.
• Prepare and process air waybills, commercial documents, and customs or regulatory documentation.
• Update shipment information, dispatch freight, and monitor reports and key performance indicators.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal logistics teams through email, phone, messaging, and in-person interactions.
• Execute invoicing according to customer procedures, rate shells, and tariffs.
• Maintain compliance, strengthen vendor relationships, improve department processes, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, emotional resilience, and ability to work effectively with others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred; a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is also preferred.
