What you will do

• Lead all logistics, customs, and warehouse operations across the Türkiye Duty Free business.
• Ensure full compliance with Turkish Customs Legislation, duty-free regulations, and airport requirements.
• Manage the physical flow of products from regional distribution centers and supplier warehouses to local operations.
• Oversee import operations, including transportation, customs clearance, receiving, and warehouse activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Customs and Airport Authorities, brokers, and freight forwarders.
• Lead customs audits, inventory counts, and stock reconciliations to ensure transparency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or customs operations, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Customs Legislation and import procedures.
• Proven experience in managing customs compliance and international logistics.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
