TL;DR

FinTech Client Support Analyst (Fintech): Delivering technical support for cloud-based IT products used by financial institutions with an accent on incident management and release processes. Focus on managing critical incidents end-to-end and driving continuous operational improvements.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (at least 3 days a week in-office)

Salary: €2,000–€2,250 gross per month

What you will do

  • Provide responsive support for cloud-based IT products for financial institution clients.
  • Manage critical incidents end-to-end, ensuring clear and timely communication until resolution.
  • Execute Release Management processes to enable smooth deployments and client updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge articles to support team capability and sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience in a client support or IT support role.
  • Willingness to work afternoon shift hours (15:00–00:00 LT).
  • Must be based in or able to work in Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid setup).
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with capital markets or financial services.
  • Experience with incident and release management processes.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and service delivery.
