Customer Solutions Associate (IoT): Supporting client onboarding and mission-critical operations for location-based safety technology, with an accent on IoT hardware, satellite communications, and commercial research. Location: Hybrid, with 1–2 days per week in the central London office, United Kingdom. A digital nomad benefit allows working abroad for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients using AtlasNXT and support client onboarding sessions.
- Configure, test, and dispatch tracking, communications, and satellite hardware.
- Evaluate new technologies, create hardware guides, and research global suppliers.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor trends, and identify opportunities in new industries.
- Support client proposals, including RFIs and RFPs, and help launch new commercial propositions.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for technology, hardware, IoT, security, and global safety.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and research skills.
- Degree or strong A-Levels; Maths, Computing, or another STEM subject is preferred.
- Availability to work in a hybrid format with 1–2 office days per week in central London.
