Dealing Services Agent (Investing)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3–4 days per week in the office and full-time office work during the first 3 months.

Starting salary: £28,100 per year, potentially higher depending on previous financial services or dealing experience.

Investment platform business providing ISA, pension, dealing, and adviser-supported investment solutions to retail and professional customers.

What you will do

• Support customers by phone, email, and secure message.
• Help customers place and execute trades involving shares and other investments.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails.
• Complete activities in line with service-level agreements and compliance policies.
• Participate in structured training and develop expertise in dealing services and investing.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in investing, trading, or financial markets.
• Minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9–4, including Maths and English, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, confident telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work varied shifts from Monday to Friday, 8am–9pm, including some bank holidays.
